We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager. This critical leadership position involves managing large-scale efforts at the BPA / IDIQ level, ensuring the successful execution of task orders, and maintaining strong client relationships. Ideal candidates will have prior experience managing BPAs or IDIQs of similar scope and complexity, with a proven ability to elevate team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution

• Develop and implement strategies for effective BPA execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Establish and monitor milestones, timelines, and budgets for task orders.
• Track performance metrics to meet quality, cost, and schedule goals.

Stakeholder Communication and Liaison

Task Order Management

Compliance and Risk Management

Team Leadership and Coordination

Financial Oversight
