Your role will focus heavily on creating engaging video content and writing ad copy that stands out from the crowd. We want someone who’s not afraid to take risks and experiment with new formats, including hiring UGC creators, actors, or influencers to help bring unique ad campaigns to life. This role requires a strong analytical mindset to continuously modify campaigns according to the budget and marketing requirements for optimal exposure and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Ad Campaign Strategy and Management: Develop, manage, and optimize ads across Meta, Bing, and Google platforms, ensuring campaigns meet and exceed performance goals.
- Creative Video Ad Campaigns: Collaborate with UGC creators, influencers, and actors to produce dynamic and engaging video ads.
- Ad Copywriting: Write compelling ad content that aligns with campaign objectives and resonates with the target audience.
- Campaign Optimization: Utilize A/B testing, analyze performance metrics, and continuously adjust campaigns for improved ROI and efficiency.
- Market Trends: Stay ahead of emerging trends in Meta, Google, Bing, and search engine marketing to keep Dirt Legal’s strategies innovative.
- Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular performance reports, including actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Budget Management: Optimize and manage monthly ad budgets ranging from $45,000 to $70,000, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in ad management, preferably in an agency setting, with a focus on Meta, Bing, and Google Ads.
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets between $45,000 and $70,000 and achieving target ROAS (3.5-6).
- Demonstrated success in developing video ad campaigns and writing high-performing ad copy.
- Experience working with UGC creators, actors, or influencers to create unique ad content (highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital advertising trends, PPC, and search engine marketing.
- Experience with A/B testing, campaign analytics, and performance reporting.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Hyros, Cometly, or similar platforms.
- Ability to think creatively and break away from traditional ad strategies to develop innovative campaigns.
