As our UX/UI Product Manager, you’ll own the user journey, improving touchpoints from first interaction through post-purchase. You’ll conduct in-depth customer research, drive UI/UX enhancements, and ensure every digital interaction is smooth, cohesive, and customer-focused. With a strong understanding of both UX and UI, you’ll create and oversee designs, prototypes, and iterative improvements that elevate user experience and align with our business goals.
You’ll also lead customer discovery sessions, journey mapping workshops, and regular usability testing. Collaborating closely with our design, marketing, and development teams, you’ll define product roadmaps and build out a user-focused strategy that helps Dirt Legal stand out in the market.
- User Journey Optimization: Lead efforts to enhance the entire buyer journey by identifying user pain points and designing seamless, UI-driven solutions.
- User Research & Insights: Conduct surveys, competitive analysis, and design thinking workshops to understand user behaviors and inform UX/UI design decisions.
- UI Design & Prototyping: Create intuitive wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that focus on usability, responsiveness, and visual appeal, improving our digital interfaces.
- Customer Discovery & Testing: Organize and facilitate user discovery sessions, usability tests, and journey mapping to identify improvement opportunities.
- Product Roadmap Development: Build and manage a roadmap focused on UX/UI enhancements, working closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives.
- Performance Metrics & Analysis: Use analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to refine designs and ensure continuous improvement in user satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborative Design Ownership: Oversee the UX/UI process, driving alignment across teams for cohesive design implementation and measurable product improvements.
- 2-4 years of experience in UX and UI product management, with a strong track record of owning the user experience from research to final implementation.
- Experience in conducting and applying insights from user research, journey mapping, and design thinking sessions.
- Skilled in UI design and prototyping, with experience using tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, mockups, and responsive designs that prioritize user engagement.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking KPIs, A/B testing, and driving data-informed improvements.
- Experience with CRM tools and platforms such as WordPress, GoHighLevel, Insightly and Shopify.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, balancing user needs with business objectives.
