Position Overview:
The Sites and Services/Operations IT Personnel is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the IT infrastructure and systems across multiple operational sites. This role ensures optimal performance, reliability, and security of IT resources to meet the organization’s operational and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support site-specific IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software systems.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to resolve IT issues promptly.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure uptime and reliability.
- Coordinate IT services for new site setups, relocations, and upgrades.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment.
- Document IT systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users for hardware and software systems.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in IT operations, systems support, or infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks like ITIL.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
