Position Overview:
The IT Tech Lead is responsible for leading technical teams and overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of the organization's IT systems and infrastructure. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor IT team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Oversee the architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and implement solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security through proactive monitoring and optimization.
- Drive innovation and best practices in IT operations, software development, and infrastructure management.
- Manage technical projects, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, serving as the escalation point for the team.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to recommend strategic improvements.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in IT leadership roles with strong technical expertise in areas like cloud computing, networking, or software development.
- Proficiency in managing and integrating diverse technologies and platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
