What are the responsibilities and job description for the Equipment Operator/laborer position at Dirt works landscape & excavation?
MUST -
Posses a valid Drivers License,- and medical card and have reliable means to and from work.
Cdl drivers are also welcomed , a few of the vehicles require a cdl .
Must complete a drug screening prior to start date .random drug screenings will be conducted .
Must be able to PROFICIENTLY use a skid loader and/or excavator
This is a landscape and excavation company - we offer landscape services, that means getting your hands dirty .
Manual labor is something that will be done , ie planting grass ,finishing concrete , mulching , planting trees , erosion control, cleaning vehicles and equipment , pressure washing etc. this is a must .
Snow removal in winter , shoveling sidewalks and salting. all equipment is provided
Must have knowledge in retaining walls, power tools, compactors, and misc. equipment .
This job may be long hours 5-6 days a week , 10 hour days .
You may need to drive your own vehicle to job sites.
A 150.00 a month healthcare reimbursement will be implemented after 6 months of continued employment and a successful review.
PAID TIME OFF AFTER 1 year .
Background check
Must be on time every day.
Reviews conducted every 6 months.
Snow removal expierence a plus.
must be able to lift and or carry up to 82lbs repetitively
Pay - based on expierence. 90 day probationary period .

Pay: $25.00 - $32.50 per hour
