Dirty Bird Industries / AR15Discounts.com is a growing eCommerce retailer specializing in firearm parts and accessories. We are a family owned and operated business with traditional values and a strong work ethic. We are in need of a motivated shipping and receiving associate with an eye for detail. Broadly speaking, the shipping and receiving associate will handle process both incoming and outgoing shipments through our warehouse.
Receiving Duties
- Unpack, inspect and count incoming shipments.
- Notate quantities received and any issues or discrepancies on the packing slip or invoice that is included with the shipments and provide those documents to the warehouse manager.
- Label and stock product in the warehouse, always being careful to double check that products are labeled correctly and put in the correct area.
- Proactively maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
Shipping Duties
- Work with other warehouse teammates to pull, pack and ship orders.
- Pull / pick products for pending orders being careful at all times to pick the correct products.
- Carefully pack orders according to the shipping class and postage provided while double checking that the correct products were pulled.
- Keep track of orders which cannot be fulfilled due to missing product and communicate those issues to the shipping lead.
Other Duties
- Kitting small parts into retail packaging.
- Assembly of various firearm parts and components (depending on mechanical ability).
- Cleaning and organizing work space.
This may seem like a simple job but given the technical nature of the products we sell, we want someone who has strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn about the AR platform.

Summary
As a Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be essential in managing the flow of goods within our distribution center. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your core responsibilities will include shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and maintaining an organized workspace. Your expertise in warehouse management systems will enhance efficiency, while your attention to detail in stocking and packaging will ensure accuracy. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with strong organizational and computer skills, to support our e-commerce operations and contribute to our team's success.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
