As one of the alternate shift managers, Shift Lead oversees daily operations, team management and maintaining Dirty Dog’s customer service standards. Besides opening and closing the store, duties may include training in sales, production and facility management. Honesty and integrity are a must! Your weekly schedule will include some Saturdays and Sundays.
Overall Responsibilities
- Understand company goals and what you can do to support them
- Car wash maintenance, inventory management, team management.
- Maintain inventory as needed
- Manage daily financial accountability
- Create, file and update reports as needed.
- Manage daily policies that support company’s goals
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee day-to-day operations when GM is not on duty.
- Suggest ways to improve operations and financial performance
- Manage staff to ensure enforce policies and processes
- Suggest improvements in procedures, site appeal, customer needs
- Other reasonable tasks as needed.
