Position Overview: 3rd Key Holder will oversee, mentor, and develop team members that they supervise to ensure the location maintains or exceeds Dirty Dogs quality and standards in all aspects when AGM and GM are not on site. 3rd Key will lead and train other team members in sales, production and vacuum lot. It is also their responsibility provide excellent customer service, open and close store on time and well.
As a 3rd Key Holder You Will:
- Uphold and enforce Dirty Dogs standards, policies, and procedures
- Walks site throughout shift to ensure site is operating safely, efficiently and provides excellent customer service
- Lead, develop, and mentor leadership team o Effectively communicate Dirty Dogs Car Wash mission “First in Service, First in Community”, vision, and values to management team o Ensure team members receive frequent communication to maintain transparency, focus, and forward progress
- Create, pursue, and oversee store goals
- Help obtain specific goals with input from management staff at the location Support an environment of excellence
- Ensure the location is following all safety procedures including proper chemical handling, personal protective equipment usage, and working safely around car wash equipment
- Helps execute preventative maintenance and equipment upkeep at each location
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Demonstrated history of leadership and mentoring abilities
- Good professional judgement and decision making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management skills
- Dependable, coachable, grounded, and team player
- Ability to problem solve in a dynamic environment
- Ability to identify and perform maintenance on all equipment at the car wash
- Minimum 35 hours per week
- Varied hours and days of week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
