POSITION OBJECTIVE
We are looking for a professional, customer service-oriented General Manager to oversee daily operations for Dirty Dough store in Cincinnati, Ohio. We need someone who is flexible in their schedule and has the ability to work shifts through the late evening. As the General Manager, you will work in and supervise all operational and organizational standards of the store. Your duties will include undertaking management tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and making sure that all operations are running smoothly.
The ideal candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals, in addition to being an excellent communicator. The General Manager should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Motivate the store team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Hire, train, and oversee all staff.
- Responsibility for the financial performance and management of each store’s P&L.
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Make sure that quality is being met for every single batch of cookies that is made.
- Oversee production and baking at the store.
- Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
- Follow and implement processes and directives.
