Laundry Attendant are responsible for the daily duties in maintaining high levels of customer service through offering a clean, safe and friendly store.
About Dirty Laundry:
Dirty Laundry is a laundromat that will strive to be the best for our local employee and customers. We have recently purchased the first store in North Providence. Our store is amazing! It is a great addition to the neighborhood its clean, safe, bright and customer friendly with more than 34 machines and allows our customers’ more space and a quite place to do their laundry. Essential Job Functions:
Our Laundry Attendants are the key ingredient to our self-service and wash, dry and fold success! The attendant must be willing to support the customer and other team members as follows.
Provides assistance to customers with machine selection and operation, purchasing inhouse loyalty card’s, retail sales purchase and supports the wash and fold orders.
Vital the attendant arrive on-time and work all scheduled shifts.
Must be a good team player, a self-starter that can problem solve if something small should arise.
Accountable for accurately utilizing the cash register with our easy-to-use point of sale program.
Ensures the store is neat and clean at all times, properly stocked and customers are well taken care of.
Job Requirements:
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to work well with a team and communicate with customers in a professional.
Must be able to communicate with all customers and associates in a professional manner.
Must be able to work well with others and remain calm in stressful situations.
Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
Ability to resolve customer issues/complaints in a fashionable and timely manner
Ability to perform assigned tasks by management
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Compensation:
$16-per hour plus tips and Employee Wash Program -
