Starting pay is $19 per hour during training, with a pay increase upon completion. Pay will include bonuses and regular raises thereafter.

We are currently seeking a candidate who lives near Little Rock, AR.

The role for which we are currently hiring is FULL-TIME, with an alternating schedule as follows...
WEEK A - 25-30 hours (2 days of work)
WEEK B - 55-62 hours (5 days of work) - includes 2 nights spent out of town

Although not a traditional Monday to Friday (8-5) job, the schedule will be consistent and predictable, but will alternate between WEEKS A and B all year long. Overtime will be paid for work that exceeds 40 hours in a week. For example, any physical hours worked in WEEK B that exceed 40 hours will be paid at an overtime rate.

TRAVEL - Candidate will spend 2 nights out of town every other week (WEEK B)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform commercial pressure washing of fleet vehicles and concrete.

Travel overnight 2 nights, every other week. We currently provide our services in Missouri, Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Texas.

DirtZero's work is completed year-round and is not seasonal!

Travel and work independently after completion of training program.

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

DirtZero is a 100% commercial/industrial pressure washing company based in Nixa, Missouri.

We fleet wash semi-tractors/trailers, box trucks and company vehicles. We wash industrial equipment, machines, and structures. We do post construction cleanup and a large amount of concrete and asphalt surface cleaning each year.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a valid driver’s license.

Must be approved by our insurance carrier to be added as a driver to our commercial auto insurance policy.

Must pass a background check and drug test.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Required to work outdoors in all four seasons.

Frequently required to lift and move pressure wash hoses weighing up to 75 pounds.

HOURS/SCHEDULE: Consistent, but not a standard Monday to Friday, 8-5 schedule. Some weekend work could be involved.
