About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled global production solutions professional to support our global operations. In this role, you will apply your expertise in industrial equipment and machinery to define, validate, and implement production equipment for blade manufacturing in facilities worldwide.

Main Responsibilities:
- Create detailed specifications for the required tools and machinery for blade production, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Effectively monitor the procurement process to ensure timely commissioning and validation of equipment at the site.
- Provide ongoing support to the manufacturing plant as needed after handing over equipment.
- Oversee the installation of new machinery, ensuring it meets global standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Educational background: mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineer
- Experience: 5 years in blade manufacturing projects or other heavy industries
- Technical skills: proficient in MS Office, Jira, CAD programs
- Knowledge of CE marking and machinery directives or equivalent US legislation
- Languages: fluent in English
- Location: must be living in the USA and available to provide on-site support in Fort Madison, Iowa
- Work flexibility: work from home up to 2 days per week
- Willingness to travel: up to 30 days per year to plants or suppliers
