Responsibilities :

  • Integrate consultant drawings (landscape architect, civil engineers, etc) into design plans
  • Drive revenue growth by actively engaging in high-level sales activities, meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets
  • Present design proposals to clients and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Assist in negotiations for major contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners under the guidance of the Sales Director
  • Maintain a results-driven mindset with a focus on consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Provide design proposals, building design blueprints, and construction documents containing specifications for building materials and products
  • Create drawings and renderings and make adjustments to designs based on feedback
  • Collaborate throughout the project with project managers and clients to ensure the end product meets the client’s quality and budget expectations
  • Convey design intent specifications clearly and ensure quality control through site visits with construction professionals

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3-5 years of successful high-level design and sales experience, consistently exceeding targets
  • Capable of contributing to strategic sales plans for substantial revenue growth, collaborating with the Sales Director
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear client and internal interactions
  • Quick to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends, providing valuable insights
  • Fluent in computer-aided design / CAD / design software : Photoshop, Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketch-Up and BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Architecture from a National Architectural Accrediting Board approved program is required
  • Excellent project management skills, as well as strong problem solving, technical, and communication skills
