Job Summary :
As a Personal Injury Attorney , you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters , advocating for our clients with compassion and tenacity. You will work closely with the firm's partners and legal team to develop case strategies, manage client relationships, and drive successful resolutions.
The ideal candidate has a strong plaintiff-side personal injury background . Experience on both plaintiff and defense sides is a plus but plaintiff experience is required .
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle a caseload of plaintiff personal injury cases, including pre-litigation and litigation phases.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring open and transparent communication.
- Work collaboratively with the firm's partners, paralegals, and support staff.
- Participate in case strategy discussions and legal team meetings.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies, legal procedures, and ethical obligations.
