Receptionist
Disability Law Group seeks to hire a Receptionist to work in the firm's Troy location. Our Receptionist is the first to greet each caller and direct them to the appropriate person who can help them best. This role requires handling a high volume of callers while navigating a multi-line phone system with great attention to detail. Compassion in every communication is of utmost importance.
This is a full-time position offering competitive pay, BCBS benefits, & PTO. In order to keep the quality of service to our clients and complete all critical job functions, including document-related tasks, the receptionist position must be performed in office.
