About the role

Case Managers manage our clients' cases from start to finish. Our case managers take great pride in the degree of client contact and case involvement they are able to experience each day. Each Case Manager works alongside a specific attorney to create a deeper sense of understanding and investment in each client's unique situation. This position offers a great deal of independence, flexibility for personal styles, and responsibility over case files.
Key responsibilities :
- Must be fluent in English and Chaldean
- Preparing and submitting medical documents at each stage of the disability process.
- Speaking with clients to address their case status, medical updates, and questions.
- Communicating with Disability Determination Services, Social Security Field Offices, and the Office of Hearings Operations (OHO) to make sure the case is proceeding accordingly.
- Maintain close communication with partnered attorney(s) to assure information is accurate and updated regarding the client and their case.
- Answer / make calls regarding medical record review and file preparation.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications :
1. Education and Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in social work, legal studies, or related field preferred.
2. Skills :
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Interpersonal Abilities :
Empathy and patience when working with clients with disabilities.
4. Problem-Solving :
Proactive in addressing case issues and resolving client concerns.
Desired Qualifications :
1. Experience :
Familiarity with Social Security disability claims and legal processes.
2. Technical Skills :
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) or CRM systems.
3. Community Focus :
Engagement in volunteerism or advocacy for underserved populations.
The pay range for this role is :
