Tasks
- Supports incoming calls from the company’s members, employees, or the member's point of contact.
- Triage and respond to the caller's inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Support general inquiries for multiple departments.
- Verify caller demographics for all calls.
- Maintains accurate member data and updates demographics as needed.
- In-person support for members who visit the lobby.
- Respond to email and mail correspondence.
- Disburse documents from faxes, company email, or mail to other departments.
- Support employment verification for member's employees.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- One year of call center experience is required.
- One to two years of related work experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferred.
- Must be able to type 35 wpm with 80% accuracy.
