Assistant Program Director needed in El Paso.
Position Summary : Assists the Program Director and supervision of Special Attendants & Personal Care Attendants.
Schedule : Full Time
Monday-Friday 8a-5p
On Call rotation
Might have to work on weekends depending on the visits schedule
Pay & Benefits : 16.00 / hr

Tasks :
- Answer and relay telephone call and takes messages.
- Schedules or reschedules visits when staff members are unable to make them as scheduled
- Maintain master schedule of all field staff visits, making changes as required or requested by Individuals, supervisor, or office staff
- Maintain Staffing Workbook with Open shifts and Attendants wanting more hours to find coverage for Individuals as needed
- Conducts initial orientation with clients and newly assigned attendant staff
- Complete 2067 automator weekly by researching the reason for under / over utilization and sending to CMA
- Maintain tacking list and follow up with therapist for therapy quarterlies due before end of month
- Ensure therapist turn in 8606-A by due date and follow up
- Send Referrals to therapist ensuring authorization has been approved and schedule quarterlies / 8606-A in KT
- Ensure Prescriptions for Specialized therapies are sent and received prior to IPC Approval.
- Ensure the adaptive aids, Dental and Minor home modification tracking records is maintained and accurate by ensuring timeframes are being met and documents are received and processed in a timely manner.
- Tracks unstaffed hours on a weekly basis and documents hiring efforts.
- Deliver / pick-up of any items or documentation in regards to adaptive aids, dental and minor home modification within appropriate time frame
- Participates in staff meetings, case conferences, and in-service education activities as assigned by Administrator
- Will perform client care and on-call duties as assigned or as needed
- Monitor faxes, answer faxes and send to CMA within appropriate timeframes as required
- Monitor and ensure all documents are uploaded to KT within appropriate time frame
- Travel as required
- Observe confidentiality policies at all times
- Comply with federal, state, & company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
