Concord Tractor is a high volume KIOTI dealership dedicated to total customer satisfaction before, during and most importantly after the sale. We are currently seeking a proficient technician to join our team. Ideal candidate will have : Strong diesel, hydraulic and electrical diagnostic skillsStrong diesel, hydraulic and electrical repair / maintenance skillsExperience with air conditioning systems diagnosis and repairStrong listening skillsAbility to take direction wellAbility to complete tasks as assignedAbility to write diagnosis and repair / service completed on work orderAbility to track time spent on jobsA strong desire for total customer satisfactionA positive, team-oriented mentalityA valid driver’s licenseReliable transportationPass a pre-employment drug screening Duties to include : Diagnosis and repair of farm tractors (21-150hp) and skid steers. Perform warranty repairs and campaigns while adhering to manufacturers standards and guidelines. Perform preventative maintenance such as hourly services.Completion of KIOTI factory training as assigned.Keeping an inventory of tools to perform job functions.Other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements : Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 50-100 pounds and / or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 20-50 pounds and / or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 10-20 pounds Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp or pull and lift objects. Occasionally required to sit, climb, and balance, kneel, stoop, crouch, and crawl Consistently exposed to outside weather conditions, fumes, and loud noise.
