The Assistant Clinical Director of Laboratory Services will directly report to the Senior Clinical Director of Laboratory Services. This individual must provide any pressing updates regarding the status of the laboratory to their superior and will be expected to work together with this individual to guarantee all rules and regulations are being followed. Serving as a direct leader to the Assistant Clinical Manager of Laboratory Services, the Assistant Clinical Director of Laboratory Services must be readily available to provide their assistance and guidance during any pressing and / or critical situation. The Assistant Clinical Director of Laboratory Services will serve as a mentor to the various Clinical Supervisor of Laboratory Services and Laboratory Technicians and must be set the tone of a cohesive and united department that’s main focus to provide excellent care for the hospital’s patients.
The Assistant Clinical Director of Laboratory Services will be expected to help manage and provide direct oversight to the laboratory department while their team performs various clinical assessments.
