Key Responsibilities
Manage eCIRTS billing data entry and reporting , assisting Service Providers with monthly billing and reporting.
Review, reconcile, and process Service Provider monthly billing across various programs.
Consolidate and prepare State-required billing forms for each program.
Maintain and track billing data using billing software and Excel .
Communicate with providers regarding billing concerns, errors, or inconsistencies to ensure payment accuracy.
Ensure timely submission of all required reports.
Coordinate with Service Provider Lead Agencies to prepare and develop caregiver subsidy files for Accounts Payable.
Support provider monitoring processes through billing verification and compliance checks .
Track all contracted programs, projects, services, and rates to ensure alignment with Service Provider contracts and amendments.
Act as a gatekeeper , ensuring that Service Provider rates do not exceed allowable state limits.
Perform additional financial tasks as assigned.
Who You Are
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
At least two years of relevant experience (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial database applications.
Previous experience with governmental and / or non-profit agencies is a plus.
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and math skills .
High level of initiative with the ability to multi-task and follow through on responsibilities.
