A Bachelor degree in Medical Technology, chemical, physical, or biological sciences is essential. Certification as a Medical Technologist (ASCP) or Blood Bank Technologist (ASCP), along with a required Specialist in Blood Bank (SBB ASCP) certification, will fast-track your interview process for this role.
The Blood Bank Clinical Laboratory Scientist will perform blood typing, crossmatching, antibody screening, and related testing.
