The Cardiac Services RN Supervisor will report to the RN Manager of Cardiovascular Services. The Supervisor will have the opportunity to support staff, physicians, and management with the day-to-day operations of the Cardiac Cath department. The Nurse Supervisor will assist in organizing, staffing, training, and coordinating the staff and department. The RN Supervisor will also be able to partner with management in decision-making processes and assist in identifying and solving daily operational problems. This nurse leader will also provide evaluation into standards of practices and patient outcomes to ensure compliance with regulatory agency standards.
