A leading hospital located in Northern Idaho is now seeking an experienced Clinic Nurse Manager to join their award winning healthcare team.

The team combines experienced medical professionals that specialize in orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, joint replacement, spine care, hand and upper extremity surgery, foot and ankle care, and physical therapy.
Reporting to the Director of Clinic Operations, the Clinic RN Manager will oversee the Primary Care Clinic and manage a strong team of Clinic staff including Nurses, Techs, and front-end staff. The Clinic Nurse Manager will be well supported by Clinic Supervisors at and will be responsible for hiring, firing, onboarding, training, and evaluating staff. In addition, the clinic manager nurse will assist with quality standards, establish and maintain policies and procedures, and collaborate with clinic leadership to coordinate clinic program development.
The Clinic Nurse Manager should have excellent communication skills, have experience working with Providers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
