Carolinas Fertility Institute is currently seeking a bilingual (Spanish / English) patient-centered, versatile, and dependable CMA / RMA with excellent people skills to join our well appointed IVF clinic. The desired candidate will have solid work experience with women’s health (OB / GYN, L&D, etc), office procedure assistance, and electronic medical records proficiency. Full-time weekdays with occasional weekend and holiday rotation shifts. CFI offers excellent benefits.
- Primary Duties :
- Abstract Patient Charts
- Clean and Set Up Rooms Between Patients
- Blood Draws
- Take patient vitals
- Room Patients
- Chaperone
- Assist providers with Procedures
- Place Instruments in Auto Clave Area
- Open Charts / Flow Sheets in EHR
- Enter Lab Orders into EHR
- Enter IUI Notes / Dictations
- Verify Notes and Images Have ported To Patient Chart in EHR
- Medical Scribe when required
- Pack Biopsies / Samples for Send Out
- Scan CMA Paperwork
- Help Answer Incoming Calls
- Return Patient Phone Calls / Emails
