CMA - Certified Medical Assistant - Bilingual Spanish

Carolinas Fertility Institute is currently seeking a bilingual (Spanish / English) patient-centered, versatile, and dependable CMA / RMA with excellent people skills to join our well appointed IVF clinic. The desired candidate will have solid work experience with women’s health (OB / GYN, L&D, etc), office procedure assistance, and electronic medical records proficiency. Full-time weekdays with occasional weekend and holiday rotation shifts. CFI offers excellent benefits.

• Primary Duties :
• Abstract Patient Charts
• Clean and Set Up Rooms Between Patients
• Blood Draws
• Take patient vitals
• Room Patients
• Chaperone
• Assist providers with Procedures
• Place Instruments in Auto Clave Area
• Open Charts / Flow Sheets in EHR
• Enter Lab Orders into EHR
• Enter IUI Notes / Dictations
• Verify Notes and Images Have ported To Patient Chart in EHR
• Medical Scribe when required
• Pack Biopsies / Samples for Send Out
• Scan CMA Paperwork
• Help Answer Incoming Calls
• Return Patient Phone Calls / Emails

1. Completion of CMA course and maintaining certification as medical assistant
