Corporate Legal Advisor

Job Overview
The Senior Corporate Counsel will provide legal support and general legal services for Disability Solutions, working with internal and external clients. This role focuses on contracts review, drafting and negotiation of service agreements, master service agreements, vendor agreements, standard terms and conditions, non-disclosure agreements, and other commercial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and negotiate legal contracts on behalf of the company.
* Draft required contracts and legal documents.
* Ensure contracts comply with laws and regulations.
* Protect the company's rights under all circumstances in its contracts.
* Provide legal counsel and advice to internal customers on contracts.
