Technical Requirements
An electrical engineering bachelor's degree and 6 years' experience working on RF/Microwave and/or digital products preferably in the defense industry.
Experience testing and troubleshooting IFF systems.
Experience with laboratory testing using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal synthesizers, power meters, etc.
Experience supporting a production environment.
Motivated self-starter with leadership skills and ability to effectively work in a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills, judgment, and analytical capability.
Ability to close on discrete tasking in a timely manner and lead others to closure - Own the Design.
Ability to present technical information to program teams and/or customers.
Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
Ability to obtain secret clearance.
