Position Overview : A growing financial advisory firm is seeking a highly organized and motivated Client Service and Operations Associate to join a dynamic team. This role involves supporting a variety of operational and administrative functions, working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and maintaining smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in client service and financial services, preferably in the insurance industry, and possess a strong work ethic and a client-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to client inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and timeliness.
- Partner with the Broker Dealer to establish new accounts, maintain accounts, and ensure compliance.
- Manage general administrative tasks such as document management, client files, and record-keeping.
- Resolve client issues efficiently, including address changes, deposits and withdrawals, account openings, and assisting clients with online access.
- Maintain and update CRM databases, ensuring accurate client information is recorded.
- Support firm projects and workflows by maintaining software and internal processes.
- Protect client confidentiality by ensuring secure handling of personal and financial information.
- Provide superior customer service and communicate clearly with clients and co-workers at all times.
