Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : General Production Associate - Entry Level
Location : Centerville, IA
Pay Range : $16.33 - $17.08 per hour
What's the Job?
- Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and productively.
Load and unload raw goods and finished products as required.
Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain cleanliness and general maintenance of the work area.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
What's Needed?
Entry-level candidates are welcome; no prior manufacturing experience required.
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to perform physical tasks including continuous standing and frequent lifting.
Availability for shifts : 1st (6 : 40 AM - 3 PM), 2nd (2 : 40 PM - 11 PM), or 3rd (10 : 40 PM - 7 AM).
