We are seeking an experienced Event Technician, Audio Visual to join our team. This individual will be responsible for setting up and operating basic/small-scale audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment.
Main Duties
- Evaluate and prepare all audiovisual equipment before each event.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Analyze problems and implement solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with audiovisual equipment and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and circuitry.
