HR Manager / Senior HR Associate – Specialty Products Manufacturing (only manufacturing candidates will be considered)

Location : Secaucus, NJ

Comp : 90-100K plus excellent benefits

Overview : Join the team as a bilingual (English / Spanish) HR Manager  to a  specialty products manufacturing and distribution company with great culture.  This role offers a unique opportunity for a skilled HR professional to either lead or significantly contribute to our human resources operations. This role provides a pathway to leadership in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead or assist in developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Oversee or contribute to HR operations across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.
• Manage or support a comprehensive HR program, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Lead or assist in payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Spearhead or participate in initiatives that foster a positive workplace environment and enhance employee retention.
• Collaborate with senior management to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Handle or assist in managing employee relations issues, mediate disputes, and provide guidance
