About the Position
This role is a key part of our team, providing guidance and leadership to the Command Center group and its technicians. You will be responsible for handling escalations, resolving user issues, and monitoring the performance of business-critical systems. Your focus will be on maintaining Reliability Availability and Performance (RAP) through continuous improvement initiatives and core processes.
As a leader in this role, you will also be responsible for managing the daily support of systems and products, detecting changes in system responses or operations, and collaborating with cross-functional Technical teams and vendors to provide prompt problem escalation and resolution.
