IT Trainer

Description

As part of the Digital Workplace Product team, this role will deliver onboarding training for new advisor affiliates on their first day as employees. The role involves facilitation and understanding of several technology tools, knowledge of adult learning styles, assisting in the development of technology training experiences for all employees, and supporting business partners with digital workplace tools. It also includes providing advice, guidance, and strategic support for key firm initiatives and launches. Additional responsibilities include travel up to 3 times a month, the creation of curriculums, virtual training delivery, and metric reporting.

• Knowledge of wireless networking, VPN, and networking components and terminology
• Strong knowledge of mobile technology and use cases, especially iOS and iPad OS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00 / hr.
