Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lead Generalist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position that involves handling a high volume of inbound calls, setting meetings, and assisting with various generalist tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a drive to meet and exceed performance targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle mass inbound calls, ensuring excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Schedule meetings with potential clients, effectively managing time and following up to ensure meetings are set.
Assist with general office tasks and support other departments as needed.
Maintain an organized and efficient work environment while meeting deadlines and performance targets.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and coordination.
Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, meetings, and client interactions.
Compensation Structure :
Base Pay : $19 / hr
Commission Structure :
6 meetings set : $25 bonus
8 meetings set : $50 bonus
10 meetings set : $75 bonus
12 meetings set : $100 bonus
Deal Closed from Meeting : $250 bonus
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a customer service or sales-oriented role preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls.
Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on meeting performance goals.
