- Must be successful and experienced in counseling all variety of life issues and be capable of delivering individual, couple and family therapy
- Ability to quickly assess and work within a solution focused environment.

- Master’s Degree
- Current Utah State License in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Counseling
- LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, and Mental Health Therapist licensing

The position is a part of a dedicated team delivering the full spectrum of EAP services, which includes counseling, work site training's, crisis services, assessments and referrals. Blomquist Hale works closely with employers and the management team of an organization as well as individual employees and their dependents.
Full time and part time positions (Office is closed Sundays)
This position is structured with a 90 day probationary period.
