Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on precision and efficiency. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machines used in the production process.

15-$17 / hr and potential for weekly production bonus of $100-$150 per week

Key Responsibilities :
Operate and maintain various machines used in the manufacturing process (e.g., CNC routers, saws, presses).
Inspect machines and tools to ensure they are in good working condition and perform routine maintenance.
Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain production quality and efficiency.
Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards and customer requirements.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in machine operation, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of machine operation and basic troubleshooting techniques.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic math skills and the ability to read measurement tools.
Familiarity with safety standards and practices in manufacturing settings.
Work Experience
Previous experience in machine operation, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of machine operation and basic troubleshooting techniques.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic math skills and the ability to read measurement tools.
Familiarity with safety standards and practices in manufacturing settings.
Ability to read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch
