Responsibilities :
- Works toward and acquires the required skills to advance to a minimum of a Level 3 in the Skill Based Pay system.
- Actively supports the team through commitment to Quality, Service, Cost, and Safety.
- Actively participate in team meetings and goal setting / accomplishments.
- Proactive and reactive in 5S.
- Volunteer services and / or knowledge on team projects and Team Engagement Roles.
- Ability to use problem solving / lean tools to resolve team issues
- Ability to become certified on all processes that require certification.
- Understand and operate under the requirements of a Controlled / Clean Room
- Safely operate a hand truck to move product
- Support and practice current policies
- Regularly uses effective communication skills in giving / receiving feedback to resolve conflict situations.
- Performs miscellaneous duties as instructed by Team Leader.
