Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Manager Emergency Services will oversee the clinical and administrative operations of a 10-bed inpatient emergency department. Primary responsibilities include management of staff schedules, oversight of department resources, ensures quality patient care, maintains compliance with regulatory standards, provides clinical training, and offers direct patient care as needed.
What’s Needed to Succeed :
- Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Maine or ability to obtain
- Progressive clinical experience in an emergency or critical care setting
- Prior leadership experience is a plus!
