About the Role:
We're seeking compassionate and dedicated professionals to support adults with disabilities in our day programs or out in the community. As a Support Professional, you'll help individuals develop valuable socialization and life skills, including personal care and daily living tasks. You'll also transport participants to and from programs or activities.
Program Overview:
Our day programs cater to young adults and older individuals, offering various services and activities tailored to meet their unique needs. The Sensory Program focuses on sensory-based activities, while the ACCESS Program supports older adults with varying levels of support needs. We also have the Young Adult Programs: Without Walls, Youth Development, and Galaxy, which aim to promote independence, socialization, and employability.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• No prior experience necessary - we'll teach you everything you need to know!
