We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Civil Site team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage site development projects across multiple markets while mentoring staff and driving client satisfaction. Responsibilities :
Manage civil site development projects, ensuring successful execution and profitability.
Oversee site layout designs, grading and drainage plans, permitting, road design, utility design, and hydrologic / hydraulic analysis.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineering professionals.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Collaborate with business development teams on proposals and presentations.
Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Work across multiple geographic markets, including Indiana, Ohio, North Carolina, and others.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in site development engineering.
Proven experience managing project budgets and schedules.
Strong technical expertise in site design, permitting, and infrastructure planning.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
Experience developing client relationships and securing new business opportunities.
