What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Caretaker position at Disability Solutions?
We are seeking an experienced Full Time Property Caretaker to perform general upkeep and maintenance for two our buildings in St Cloud, MN and Sartell, MN.
This full time position will be spilt between the two buildings.
- Two bedroom apartment unit available (not required) on site RENT FREE!!
As a Property Caretaker, your responsibilities will include :
You are a good fit for this job if you have at least one year of experience in basic building and maintenance repairs, are professional, reliable, and can work independently.
