Reporting Structure : The RN House Supervisor will report to the Chief Nursing Officer .
Job Responsibilities Include
- Functions as a leader in the health care team, assuming responsibility for coordination of clinical services hospital-wide.
- Responsible for making administrative decisions necessary to maintain the operation of the hospital
- Responsible for promoting and maintaining quality patient care through effective management of the activities of the total patient care services during assigned shifts.
