Working alongside an excellent team of RNs, Advanced Practice Providers, and fellow Social Workers, the Rural Health Licensed Clinical Social Worker will have the wonderful opportunity to establish and maintain therapeutic services for a patient caseload with mental health needs. The Rural Hospital LCSW will conduct mental health evaluations and quickly determine patient needs, expediting a plan of care and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
This role requires an active Clinical Social Worker License in the State of Montana, along with an active Montana State drivers license.
This 25-bed Critical Access Hospital provides crucial medical services to patients including 24-hour Emergency Services, Cancer Care, Pediatrics, Women’s Health, and Behavioral Health, among other services.
