Looking for a Senior Estimator (Columbus, OH)
I'm currently collaborating with a leading construction company in Columbus, OH seeking a Senior Construction Estimator with industrial structural and large projects .
Key Details and Requirements for this role :
Columbus, OH (100% onsite)
140K to 150K annually Bonus Potential
Bachelor’s degree in a related field advantageous.
The following software use experience / knowledge is ideal : Planswift, Procore, Primavera P6, Building Connected, Sage 300, Office 365.
Minimum 6 years of relevant construction estimation experience.
Industrial projects and working for a General Contractor (GC)
Analyze requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans.
Attend bid walks and client meetings.
Prepare material, labor, and cost estimates. Benefits Include :
