Main Responsibilities
- Proactively lead, advise, and educate field leadership and HR colleagues on labor relations issues of strategic importance.
- Partner with senior leadership and business partners to determine and develop short and long-term business strategies relative to labor relations impacts in both bargain and non-bargain locations.
- Oversee the daily administration of collective bargaining agreements at assigned locations.
- Investigate grievances and educate local HR, managers, and supervisors on the grievance process.
