About the Role:
We're looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to support adults with disabilities in our day programs or out in the community. As a Support Professional, you'll help individuals develop valuable socialization and life skills, including personal care and daily living tasks. You'll also transport participants to and from programs or activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist participants with daily living tasks, including personal care and hygiene
• Transport participants to and from programs or activities
• Help integrate individuals into the community through leisure, recreational, or volunteer activities
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to participants
