The Project Manager for the Results Management Office (RMO) oversees strategic initiatives, ensures effective project execution, and drives measurable outcomes. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manage workflows, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Essential Functions:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Execute projects according to plan, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards
- Track and report on project performance using defined metrics, identify risks and implementing mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
- Assign tasks and provide guidance and support to team members
- Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress, resolve any issues, and maintain momentum
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and upper management
- Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment between project goals and organizational objectives
- Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards
- Implement project management best practices and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and recommend process improvements
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting notes
- Occasional (up to 10%) travel may be required for stakeholder engagement and program evaluations
- Prepare and present project reports and status updates to stakeholders and senior management

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Workfront)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering measurable results
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification or experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Leadership or related field
- 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the non-profit sector
- Skilled in managing projects end-to-end within budget and timeline
- Adept at handling multiple projects in dynamic environments and leading cross-functional teams
- A valid motor vehicle driver’s license (other than motorcycle) is preferred
Degree of Supervision:
Provide work flow operational directives and oversight of activities

Physical Demands: Job requires sitting up to eight hours a day and standing two to four hours a day. Body movement primarily in hand and arm functions associated with normal office activities. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
