Job Summary:
The Claims Administrator plays a vital role in supporting our restoration production teams. You will manage project documentation, coordinate schedules, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure smooth communication between clients, adjusters, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about the restoration industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Process new project intakes, assign tasks to teams, and track project progress.

Documentation Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical project files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Vendor & Client Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with adjusters, agents, and vendors to ensure project success.

Reporting & Communication: Prepare weekly project reports and ensure effective communication both internally and externally.

Training & Quality Assurance: Train staff on vendor programs and restoration processes, ensuring quality control throughout projects.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Proven Solutions, and restoration-specific software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Experience in the restoration or construction industry is a plus.
- Must be available for on-call emergencies.
