We're on the hunt for a motivated Reconstruction Project Manager to join our growing team in Sarasota, Florida, where your expertise will help our clients rebuild and recover faster. Your Role in Our Success:

• Lead restoration/reconstruction projects from start to finish—water, fire, mold remediation, and more
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects stay on track and within scope
• Be the client’s go-to expert—keep them informed and confident every step of the way
• Ensure quality and compliance—from estimates to final walk-through, your attention to detail will set us apart
• Coordinate teams and subcontractors—making sure every aspect of the restoration is executed flawlessly
• Ensure safety—you’ll keep every project in line with the highest safety standards and regulatory guidelines

What You Bring to the Table:

• At least 1 year of experience in Project management, preferably in the restoration or construction industry
• Deep knowledge of restoration processes, including water, fire, and mold remediation
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills—no two projects are ever the same
• Strong communication skills—client relations, team coordination, and problem-solving all in one
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
• Certification in PMP, IICRC, or related fields is a bonus, but not required

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
