Your Role in Our Success:
- Lead restoration/reconstruction projects from start to finish—water, fire, mold remediation, and more
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects stay on track and within scope
- Be the client’s go-to expert—keep them informed and confident every step of the way
- Ensure quality and compliance—from estimates to final walk-through, your attention to detail will set us apart
- Coordinate teams and subcontractors—making sure every aspect of the restoration is executed flawlessly
- Ensure safety—you’ll keep every project in line with the highest safety standards and regulatory guidelines
What You Bring to the Table:
- At least 1 year of experience in Project management, preferably in the restoration or construction industry
- Deep knowledge of restoration processes, including water, fire, and mold remediation
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills—no two projects are ever the same
- Strong communication skills—client relations, team coordination, and problem-solving all in one
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
- Certification in PMP, IICRC, or related fields is a bonus, but not required
